Are the devices using the same frequency band, such as wireless LAN enabled devices or a microwave oven, in use near the product?

Install the product in a location away from any devices that use the same frequency band, such as wireless LAN enabled devices or microwaves.

Is there an obstacle, such as a metal rack, between the product and the host?
|
Perform the wireless LAN communication when there is no obstacle, such as a metal rack, between the product and the host.
|
Are the interface settings of the product set correctly?
|
Set the interface settings of the product again.
|
Power the product off and then on again if the error cannot be resolved.
